Mentors
Jung-Sheng Lin
With over a decade of involvement in the indie game dev community since early 2011, he regularly hosted community events such as IGDShare and game jams. Jung-Sheng is one of the co-founders of Taipei Game Developers Forum (TGDF), and is currently a Executive Committee member of Global Game Jam.
Brian Lee
Brian is one of the co-founders of SIGONO. He has spent years crafting narrative-driven sci-fi adventures such as OPUS: The Day We Found Earth and OPUS: Rocket of Whispers, aiming to evoke emotional warmth through stories of survival and hope.
Henry Wang
Henry is our incubator's Mentor Coordinator and a co-founder of Red Candle Games. He has played a pivotal role in creating acclaimed titles like Detention, Devotion, and Nine Sols.
Ken-Yi Lee
Ken-Yi, the Technical Director at SIGONO, holds a PhD in Computer Science from National Taiwan University and has extensive expertise in system architecture design, performance optimization, and software engineering education.
Lucien Chen
Lucien is a Senior Game Designer at Blizzard Entertainment, previously contributing to renowned titles at companies like King, Electronic Arts, Sony PlayStation, and Storm8.
Scott Chen
With a Master's degree from the Entertainment Technology Center at Carnegie Mellon University, Scott co-founded SIGONO and has worked on multiple million-download games like Hyper Square and the OPUS series.
Tosh Hsu
Tosh is the Executive Producer/3D Art Director at SIGONO. Formerly at studios such as Aiming Inc., Lager and X-LEGEND, he has contributed to multiple game titles since 2008, including Finding Neverland Online, Logres, and OPUS: Echo of Starsong.
Patrick Wang
Patrick is a co-producer of The Legend of Tianding. He is responsible for business development, project management, game design, and programming for the title. A graduate from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, he has also worked on indie games like Yukidama, PitaBoom, and Jumping Kim.
Tony Lee
Our Chief Advisor of the GW Lab Program, Tony, is a co-founder and Game Director at Rayark Inc., and co-founder of G-EIGHT. A creative force who enjoys quirky collectibles, he brings years of experience and leadership to the table.
Thomas Fan
Thomas is a veteran of the gaming industry with over 15 years of experience, specializing in business development and talent cultivation. They have led teams to global events like GDC and Tokyo Game Show, and co-founded TGDF. He is also a board member of the Taiwan Game Cooperative Development Association.
Sam Chen
Sam serves as the Interactive Designer at SIGONO. He specializes in UI/UX, English localization, and marketing support, contributing to titles like OPUS: The Day We Found Earth, OPUS: Rocket of Whispers, and Alina of the Arena.
Vincent Yang
Vincent is a co-founder of Red Candle Games, and has contributed to the making of renowned titles like Detention, Devotion, and Nine Sols.
Jerry Lin
Founding and Managing Partner of Ignition Xcelerator, Strategic Advisor of PILI International Multimedia. Previously, Jerry was the Director of Multi-Entertainment Strategy at ByteDance (TikTok China), the Head of Investment at 37 Interactive Entertainment, and managed two venture funds. In total, he has invested a portfolio of over USD$2B spanning 100+ companies from Seed to IPO, and served as a board member for numerous portfolio companies.
